Surgical/non-surgical procedure for a smaller waist in women who are not overweight?

Even if someone is skinny, there is usually fat around the waist. If you liposuction it, with or without fat transfer, it will make the waist smaller and give more curves. Of course usually the more fat you have the more drastic the difference, but for skinny individuals, there is also some room for improvement by liposuction. Other methods dont work.

Yes, the procedure you're thinking about here is liposuction to the abdomen/flanks/lower back, which makes the waist smalller. This is also sometimes done in conjunction with fat grafting to the hips and buttocks, which (when done carefully) adds a little bit more fullness/curviness to this area that makes the waist look smaller in proportion.

Removing the lowest rib can give a more narrow waist, but I do not recommend this for safety to your abdomen and back. Tightening your abdominal muscles can also help tighten the waist. This can be done as a tummy tuck or noninvasively with EMSculpt Neo.

I have found the best way to obtain a nice waist line is either genetics, diet and exercise or liposuction. The non-invasive procedures leave the majority of patients very unsatisfied. Photos would aid us in giving more accurate advise (regarding the liposuction option).
