I am wanting inner and outer thigh lipo, but I have been hearing from others not to do it because it will cause saggy skin in my thighs. I would hate to trade one annoyance for a far more worse annoyance. Should I just skip it? I want to add it to my mommy Makeover, I've had 4 kids and I'm 35.

Answer: Thigh liposuction During liposuction, fluid is added and then the fluid and fat are removed. It takes time for the swelling to subside and the skin to contract. Patient skin quality often determines if the skin will contract and re-drape. Patients with stretch marks and poor skin quality have a greater risk of sagging or wrinkling. Postoperatively, I recommend lymphatic massage to help with the swelling.

Answer: Liposuction of thighs Inner thighs are prone to irregularities if treated aggressively. However, in the hands of an experienced board certified plastic surgeon, with experience in liposculpting, you should not have such a problem. Good luck.
