I am 5’7 I currently weigh 160 lbs I want to get liposuction to get a slimmer waist mainly get rid of the love handles and the lower belly. However I do have a pretty big tattoo on my lower abdomen section and I was wondering if this could get distorted or messed up by a scar. I also have a dragon tattoo that’s covering my back (but not the love handle section so much it’s mainly mid back although it’s the whole back. I wanted a slimmer stomach, and also get rid of the fat around my thighs

Liposuction of the jaw area must be done very carefully and with small instruments, or damage to the nerves that move your face can occur. I am not a fan of removing facial fat since this will age you more quickly once you are in your 40's to 50's. We do tend to lose fat in our face as we age.
The basic procedure is still liposuction removing fat, but other things can be added to make removal easier to the surgeon and to tighten skin. Please go back to your surgeon and discuss more liposuction.
