Well, a lot of it depends upon what you consider to be “rounder”? If you mean more projection on the side-profile view then the only way would be to place a precisely form fitted buttock implant such as a Staton Anatomic gluteal implant. If you mean more of a lean and/or defined shape then sculpting areas around the perimeter of your buttock with liposuction may be your best option. Glad to help

Yes. Liposuction above and to the sides of your buttocks will make your buttock definition much better and rounder. It will not increase the size of your buttocks, but reshape it.
I agree that adding volume to your buttocks is probably not needed.
