I have a large deep dent on my left buttock due to injections. I really don't want to get implants or anything under the knife, I already have a really big butt but the dent on the left side takes away half of my beautiful body, am planing on starting to work out but can exercise help reduce them? Or anything else I can try that isn't a procedure, I never want to do any procedures. Please help. Thank you.
