Thank you for your question. It is due to lower buttock skin laxity and is most common after liposuction of the inferior pole of the buttocks and also from laxity of the skin after attempted lift with implants or fat transfer. I commonly treat this very effectively with an infragluteal thigh lift. Not many plastic surgeons are experienced in this technique as it something that is not taught, and you have to learn it on your own. There is no skin tightening procedure, J-plasma or radiofrequency, that can fix this. Best wishes to you.

Hello, thank you for your question. You may need to get a body lift or revision of the implants to give your buttocks a more aesthetic shape and appearance.

Based purely upon your photos, the amount of skin laxity you have at your buttock-thigh junction is much more than what any skin type procedure such as Renuvion J-plasma or Body-tight radiofrequency, etc. can even begin to make a noticeable difference. In my experience, although limited, utilizing these minimally invasive skin tightening modalities, they have had very little to no effect in this particular and very tricky area of the body.  A surgical lower buttock tuck (aka banana roll tuck/plasty) is by far your best option.
