The sacrum region of my back is enlarged/jutting out way more than it should causing pain when laying down, standing, sitting exercising.. basically every day life is affected because of this. Does not help that my butt is extremely small, even after years of working out lifting weights. The pain is excruciating on my sacrum/tailbone. Would a butt augmentation help with this pain?

Hello, thank you for your question. You may need to get a body lift or revision of the implants to give your buttocks a more aesthetic shape and appearance.
Hello! Congratulations on your weight loss. I do not recommend fat grafting to treat an underlying pain issue. You should follow up with your primary health care provider for a further examination. Best of luck.
