Is my bum uneven and why? (Photo)

Hi! Thanks for answering my question! I’ve been working out lots, HIIT training and weight lifting etc to loose some pounds and look a little more aesthetically pleasing, as well as bettering my mental health! Basically, I’ve been taking a photo diary and the main thing I’ve noticed is my bum looks uneven? Why could this be? I’m pretty sure I have an anterior pelvic tilt if this could be why! I’ll enclose a before and recent picture (5 weeks apart!) so you can see what I mean Any help would be amazing!

Well now that you have been working out and become more body conscious, you have noticed the very basic nature of the human body - unevenness.  No single human being is perfectly symmetrical. One of our biggest challenges as plastic surgeons is to then create symmetry where it did not exist before in nature. Congratulations on becoming more fit and keep up the hard work.

human body is not symmetrical and it is full of asymmetries. If you are looking for an improvement, then a liposuction and fat transfer are probably the best solution for you. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Thank you for your question.It is very common that the body is asymmetric. Think of your body as sisters from side to side, not twins. As we gain and lose weight our body changes and often the results are not symmetric. If you are looking for symmetry, liposuction with BBL would help to correct this for you.

Great question. Thank you for my pictures. Unfortunately, every human being's anatomy is asymmetrical. Meaning no both two sides are exactly the same. Some fat transfer may aid at some extent with the asymmetry. Please visit a board certified plastic surgeon for a detailed surgical plan to achieve your desired results.
