Hi! Thanks for answering my question! I’ve been working out lots, HIIT training and weight lifting etc to loose some pounds and look a little more aesthetically pleasing, as well as bettering my mental health! Basically, I’ve been taking a photo diary and the main thing I’ve noticed is my bum looks uneven? Why could this be? I’m pretty sure I have an anterior pelvic tilt if this could be why! I’ll enclose a before and recent picture (5 weeks apart!) so you can see what I mean Any help would be amazing!
