I’m 5’4 & 150lbs. Had a breast lift with implant exchange and nipple reduction. Right nipple peaks out of all my clothes including full coverage bras. Right nipple to collarbone is 15.34cm and left nipple is slightly high as well at 17.74cm from collarbone. I have read that a good measurement is around 19-21cm.. Is there still hope without removing or reducing implants? Currently have 285cc. I’m devastated, waited 10yrs for a surgery that would fix not cause me problems.

Hi, thanks for your question. What I think your surgeon is intending to do is to take a wedge of skin out of the lower pole of your breast with the higher nipple to reduce the nipple to fold distance and so lower the nipple on that side. This is unlikely to cause stretch marks. This may improve...
As it is possible to just move the nipple, I suggest a mastopexy lift with implants below the muscle. The incisions would be the same as in your wish pic. If you would like to go over in more detail, feel free to reach out to my office for consultation. Smith Plastic Surgery 702-838-2455
A nipple graft would not be a good option. If you want that area to be darker, you can have cosmetic, not artistic, tattooing to add pigment. the center crease might be able to be cut out, but your nipple would be smaller.
