Have a crease on chin like a rope. Lots of dents and cellulite look on chin. Radio frequency did not help. What can I do?
Answer: Fibrosis When tissue is scarred from removal of too much fat, I have had success with a series of Sculptra injections to help rebuild collagen. Please avoid radiofrequency treatments when doing fillers. Please go to someone who has experience in treating scarred areas from liposuction. Microfat grafting can also be done to improve the tissue, again, often done as a series of treatments.

Answer: Neck scarring and fibrosis after liposuction this needs a neck lift to improve with or without Platsymaplasty. the scar tissue needs to be cut, if there is small degree of nanfat harvesting done that can be injected in a series of treatments over a year. micro needling RF and external RF will be needed for 6-12 months after surgery. there is no cure for this. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Liposuction revision High definition VASER liposuction may be a solution to the problem. As an official trainer of VASER liposuction, I encounter suboptimal liposuction outcome referrals weekly. VASER liposuction has been the only modality that has consistently corrected liposuction caused deformities. VASER liposuction ensures a smooth contour regardless of severity of contour irregularities by virtue of being able to remove any and all remaining fat comprehensively and uniformly. Finally, when skin redundancy irregularities are observed, Renuvion technology can be simultaneously applied to tighten your skin to optimize your overall contour outcome. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a VASER specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee

Answer: Correcting poor quality liposuction Fibrosis is a term sometimes used for poor liposuction results. The problem is not excessive scar tissue but rather that almost all the fat has been removed leaving the patient with only scar tissue between skin and muscle. The primary problem is that too much fat was removed and it was done so in an uneven fashion. there is no appropriate or good treatment for correcting this.Fat transfer does not work well because there is no longer healthy tissue to support the grafted fat. The fat survival will also be uneven Making it more or less impossible to create a smooth contour.Radiofrequency treatment pretty much don’t do any good Other than make money for the provider who bought the machine.Unfortunately there is no easy fix for your problem. Very slight improvements may be had but I don’t think much more can be offered.i’ve read through your previous posts. It seems like you’ve traveled quite a bit for numerous procedures. The importance of in person consultations and proper aftercare cannot be emphasized enough.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
