Is this overly done liposuction of the banana roll fixable? Options?

Thank you for your questions and your pictures thus is a common thing I see in my practice.   I perform a significant amount of redo or botched cosmetic surgery.   The short answer is that yes it can be fixable but might require several treatments with fat grafting.

banana rolls are a difficult area to treat and this is common issue with liposuction of that area. I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is the best option to correct this. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.
