Revision options for fibrosis and lump on lower abdomen after Vaser and tumescent lipo two years ago? (Photo)

KinT.O.
I had lipo on my lower abdomen two years ago for breast fat grafting. Developed fibrosis and lump of fat was missed so surgeon did 3 rounds of sculpsure, vanquish and body fx each after surgery. It literally made no difference. Surgeon said he can't do anything about the fibrosis, so lower abdomen will be permanently rippled. Said he could go back in and lipo the lump. Looking for opinions on what my options may be. Quite distraught as lower abs were totally smooth prior to lipo.
