Can you have tummy tuck and liposuction if you have a antibodies in your blood but no diagnosis of any autoimmune disease?

I will like to have a tummy tuck done, but on some of the sites, doctors say they do not do procedures on patients with lupus, I don’t have lupus, just unknown antibodies in my blood with no reason behind it.
