Most people say I want the nose job to please others. Nope, my current nose makes me very insecure, I hate it. It's large and wide. I turn 17 in July and my mother said I must wait till I'm 18 because my nose hasn't grown fully, is that true? I would want a nose job during Christmas break. Well I want to know, is it possible?

Answer: Rhinoplasty I usually wait until the age of 16. After that the nose doesn't grow significantly. So at 17, you should be just fine. You do however have to bring a guardian. Good luck!

Answer: Age 17 for rhinoplasty In most cases girls turning 17 have matured enough emotionally and physically to go through the rhinoplasty process. Make sure you look for a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon for best results. Parental consent will be required up until age 18. It would be a good idea to make 2-3 consultations with very experienced rhinoplasty surgeons in your area, to get an idea what can can be accomplished along with computer imaging done in the office.
