Rhinoplasty or breast augmentation?

HiThis is such a subjective question especially since we dont have pictures to judge which is a bigger bang for the buck. The nose is the center of the face.  A nosejob can often make people look younger and better.  But it is the more complex of the two surgeries by far - no comparison! Thus it is harder to find a good rhinoplasty surgeon and more expensive when you do find one.  But if your nose is not that bad and you want to enjoy more balanced body then breast augmentation would be a good starting point.  Many of my dancer patients get their breasts done before they see me for their noses.  I guess if the breasts are big enough not many people will really look at the nose! But in all seriousness this is a subjective question that only you can and should answer and not anyone else. If money is not an issue, you can do both at the same time.  I have many patients who get both surgeries at the same time with two specialists.  I do their nose and a body specialist plastic surgeon does their breast augmentation. 

The procedures of rhinoplasty and breast augmentation are very different and this forum does not allow for extensive discussions about either one of them. To be helpful in this setting, you would need to provide pictures of both your nose and breasts and ask very specific questions about them. Deciding between these two procedures is also a question of which area is of greatest concern and importance to you. 

A rhinoplasty and breast augmentation can be performed at the same time with one recovery period.
