Trauma to the cartilage is more difficult to manage than bone. Bone can usually be reset or "popped" out into position. Your siutuation sounds as if the cartilage tore loose from the nasal bones, causing them to collapse. The repair usually requires suturing and spreader grafts...
In my practice we take an alcohol wipe and rub them off. Then we used peroxide every 12 hours for a day. I view them more as milia rather than pimples. This will be fine from what I can see. Best Wishes!!
