I love my weight to be honest, I am very confident, I just want a bbl, I don’t really care about my stomach as much because it not that bad, I would definitely deal with in the the future after having a kid but I just want a bbl and some lipo.
Answer: Brazilian Butt Lift A good candidate has enough fat available for transfer in the procedure. The amount of fat that can be transferred in a BBL depends on how much fat the patient has to harvest and the amount of space there is to move the fat into. It is recommended for the patient to have a BMI of 30 or less. If you are too thin, a Brazilian Butt Lift may not be possible.

Answer: I am 23 years old, I weight 270 lbs and I am 5’4. Can I get lipo and BBL only at my current weight? BMI is but one measure. Distribution of fat and overall health as well as goals all factor into this decision. A BMI of 35 (your BMI is 46.3) is probably the upper limit that a plastic surgeon would consider for this procedure. Different surgeons will have different opinions and comfort levels with regard to this so it is best to ask the individual surgeon.

Answer: Optimal BMI for surgery Optimal candidates for surgery should have reached a healthy stable weight preferably with a BMI < 30. My recommendation is for pre-op weight loss. This will lower your overall surgical risk profile and likelihood of complications. With regards to your specific question, your current BMI of 46 places you in an exceedingly high risk category. Pre-op weight loss would be needed in order to optimize your risk profile (with a tentative goal of nearly 100 lbs) As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).

Answer: I am 23 years old, I weight 270 lbs and I am 5’4. Can I get lipo and BBL only at my current weight? Thanks for your question. Your safety is of utmost importance to us. We never want to do anything that might jeopardize our patient's health. Unfortunately, based on the measurements your BMI is 46.3, making you ineligible for cosmetic surgery at this time. High BMI poses high surgical risk and reduces the likelihood you will receive optimal cosmetic results. Patients considering cosmetic surgery should have a BMI closer to 30 in order to minimize risks and to maximize results. If you have been unable to reach your goal weight with diet and exercise we recommend you schedule a consultation with a Board Certified Bariatric Surgeon. This option might be the best next step for you in terms of getting your body ready for cosmetic surgery in the future.
