Thank you for the photos, I think you are ageing normally for a 31 year old. The horizontal lines on your forehead plus the glabella lines can respond to botox. Be careful not to let any Botox injections lower the height of your eyebrows, but insist on a Botox brow lift and opening up of the brows. An experienced Botox practitioner will be able to do that. Most Oculoplastic Surgeons can safely use Botox to raise your eyebrows. Alas Botox only lasts 3 months and has to be repeated, so you will get the heavy feeling again. However, it has a very good track record and there are millions of people having regular and safe Botox injections. You are too young for brow surgery or face lift.The area around the mouth is taking on "shape" as the fatty tissue you had when you were younger gradually diminishes and muscle movements give you lines. Botox is not useful in this area. You may get some help from light filler such as Restylane and Skinboosters into the marionette lines and adjacent lines. You may look into Ultherapy as ananti-ageing treatment for the lower face and jaw line. I don´t think the radio frequency treatment you had has made you age prematurely

You have it beautiful skin and very little signs of facial aging.   I would absolutely recommend against any type of surgical procedure.  Your found muscles are still quite active and strong. A combination of 25-30 units of Botox into the frown muscles and 12.5 units in each crows feet area should produce brow elevation.  He really look great  and please stay out of plastic surgeon's office.  Please read below about nonsurgical options for facial rejuvenation.
