 Brow elevation with Botox versus surgery?  yes the problem with Botox is even with careful placement it may lift your brow and give you an appearance you don't care for. Surgery is permanent and can be adjusted to give you what you want if done by a very experienced brow lift surgeon. This is best done with a procedure we invented called the Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Lift. It  is done at the hairline and hair will grow through the incision if properly done so no scar is visible. Most patients returning to work the next day with bangs and six days later make up can be done and there is usually very little bruising. 

Botox can raise the eyebrows, thereby showing the eyelid crease more. Another option is conservative skin only upper blepharoplasty. 

The lift is very natural.  This will make some difference.  Eyelid tape requires some know how to place but it will create more of a double fold in the eyelid.  Ultimately, you would benefit from a micro-anchor blepharoplasty to correct your upper eyelid ptosis and show more upper eyelid platform.  Less is more but yes, I recommend surgery for this.

A face to face consultation is needed to make a good recommendation.  Botox can give a lift but it is temporary and may not give the look you desire. A simple blepharoplasty perhaps with the creation of a slightly more defined lid fold may provide the appearance you are seeking.  Browlifts of various types from endoscopic to trichophytic could be appropriate depending on your hairline.  Basically you need to see a good surgeon  to discuss the many options.
