MRI shows possible deviated septum? (Photo)

When somebody has a deviated nasal septum to the right, the number one complaint is difficulty breathing through the right side of the nose. If you breathe well through the right side of your nose, there may not be a medical necessity to treat this. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

I would go see a board-certified plastic surgeon (with plastic surgery residency and aesthetic fellowship training) for a consultation. This view of the nose alone from an MRI is not the preferred way to evaluate a nose. I highly recommend always seeing someone in person for a real physical exam.

Yes you could seek a consultation to discuss your concerns. sSeptoplasty surgery is usually recommended when patients have symptoms or issues with nasal breathing.
