Hi there, I recently had an MRI for an unrelated issue, and it seems to confirm what I suspected about my nose in that I have a deviated septum? I have issues with whistling in my nose however it comes and goes. Should I consider seeking confirmation of this and treatment? Many thanks!

Answer: Your nasal septum appears to be deviated to the right
Hi from Istanbul! It is still too early to see the final results of the procedure. But right now, rather than a steroid injection, a small amount of filler application may be sufficient to augment the dip in the middle. Best of luck to you!
For over 25 years we have been using microdroplet Silikon-1000 to correct indentations after rhinoplasty surgery. If the skin at the indentation is very bound down with scar tissue, results may be limited. Generally several treatment are needed for a permanent Improvement. I hope this helps!...
Hello! Thank you for your question.
As far as I can see from your photos , Your wish can be realized with a single operation. For this I recommend you a rhinoplasty surgery.
It would be better face to face consultation.
Best regards!
