Hi there, Thank you for your question. PRP will not assist you with a volume increase, you will want to speak with your PS for options. Best, realdrsix
PRP does not change volume and will not be of any benefit to you. You look very thin, although the photo isn't great to advise you, but the simplest and most likely to work is probably using larger breast implants. Fat grafting may be helpful, but is also limited in the amount of enhancement, less than a cup size.Regards, Dr Steve Merten, Sydney
Hi,The solution to the problem will be to increase the volume in the medial or inner part of the breast while maintaining a natural appearance. This will involve a surgical procedure and i would suggest the options include fat grafting, revision the implant size and shape, and possibly location if the implant is in front of the muscle. A good result will depend on achieving the fullness you desire, without creating visibility or rippling to the implantI hope that is of some helpJeremy HUNT
Thanks for question. PRP treatments will not increase the volume of your breasts. Options to create more upper pole fullness will include fat transfer or increasing the size of your implants. Based on your photographs though, you appear quite thin and you need enough natural fat stores to harvest for transfer. Increasing the size of your implants may also result in your implants being visible on the edges. Its also important to note that its difficult to “create” cleavage. To achieve a natural look, your implants need to be centred behind your nipples, if the implants are moved closer together to create a cleavage then your nipples would sit off to the sides. You really need an in person consultation with a fully qualified plastic surgeon experienced in breast revision surgery to discuss all your options.
Thank you for your questions and photos.Prp to breast will not increase your volume. If you're looking for more volume, you will have to increase your implant size.Fat transfer can be useful in certain cases to camouflage defects/ripples.Discuss your concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon who performed your surgery.He/she can evaluate your anatomy and review your options.Best of luck to you!
Thank you for the question and photos. Getting more cleavage means getting more breast volume near the center of your chest. How this is done depends on your body and what issues may be present with your current implants. In general, more cleavage can be obtained by:-getting wider implants-fat transfer to the breasts-shifting the implants more centrallyFrom your photo (from inside the car), your implants appear to be slightly narrow for your chest and slightly low and out. This is of course just an armchair evaluation since I only have one photo and one angle to see what may be occurring. Slightly larger and wider implants with or without an internal pocket repair to keep the implants higher, may be the best answer. Fat transfer is also a great option but you may not have enough fat to accomplish this if you are very thin. Last but not least, PRP will not be a good option for you as it will not help you accomplish the "lift" or the "volume" you are trying to get.Good luck with your breast revision journey.Dr. Remus Repta
PRP treatments are not going to give you fuller breasts with more breast tissue, and the treatment could potentially injure your implant if injected. You appear thin from your photo and may not have any donor fat available for transfer. Implants placed behind the muscle will help give more upper breast fullness, but may not improve cleavage. Larger implants will give you large breasts. Please do not choose a size that is beyond what your tissue and frame and long term support well.
