So I have my nipples pierced and Im wanting to get an areola reduction in the future. I wanted to know if I would be able to keep my piercings in or replace them with plastic ones for the surgery, or if I have to take them out for the procedure?

Areolas (and breasts!) come in all different sizes and shapes and yours are normal. The areola seems to be positioned appropriately on the breast mound and is harmonious in size to the rest of the breast. There is no way to nonsurgically reduce the size of the areola. Hope this helps!
You are still very early in your recovery and all seems to be healing appropriately. Be sure to closely follow post op instructions, discuss your concerns with your surgeon, and keep all follow up appointments.
