Is my asymmetrical/weird lip shape normal? (Photos)

Hi I was wondering whether the inward curve of my bottom lip is normal (it may be a bit harder to see in the pics sorry) or if there could be an underlying issue. I’ve had this l shape since I was a kid, and I’ve never gotten lip injections. Thank you

plasticpolymer. First observation; you have full and very attractive lips and the slight asymmetry that you describe is so minimal, I would be hesitant to recommend doing anything at all. It is doubtful that people notice it. If it truly bothers you a great deal, a small amount of filler can remedy the situation. My advice, do nothing! Good luck.

Thank you for your question. You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers. Volbella, Restylane, and Juvederm are good to create a symmetrical lip. NovaThreads can be used to improve lift and shape. Implants or fat are alternatives. Technique will be important here, so you'll want to see someone meticulous. Slight asymmetries of the face and lips is common in almost everyone. You asymmetry is minimal but if it bothers you, it could be improved using a small amount of a hyaluronic acid based filler like Restylane Refyne.
