Can the nasal tip be lifted only on one side?

Hello and thank you for your question. In theory, yes it is possible to perform a unilateral lift of a nasal tip to result in improved symmetry. Including pictures would enable surgeons here to give better and more specific advice. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

After previous rhinoplasty, is often best to limit the revision to just what is pathological. If just one side has asymmetry then the surgeon can focus on that side alone.
