Hello my nasal tip cartilage is only dropping on my right side. One prior surgery. Left side is not drooping. Can my tip b lifted on one side only? How predictable is that? Can it be done to make it noticeably more even to the left side, and can a caudal septal trim and a septal extension graft (if needed be done at the same time?) since the left side of my tip is not droopy, I'm wondering if something different can be done in my case. Noticable asymmetry
