I am currently around 6 weeks post op after suture non incisional double eyelid surgery. Overall my eyes are deserting nicely. However, where the sutures are buried, there are small raise bumps. What are these? Are they granulomas? My sutures were never removed after surgery since this is a non incisional double eyelid surgery—this is standard practice right?
