Can I make my lips longer lengthways?

My lips lengthways are smaller than my nose. I want to know if there’s a surgery which can make my mouth longer lengthways or make my mouth at least stretch further outwards when I talk?

Fillers, implants, or jawline surgery can help. I suggest daily exfoliation and hydration and plumpping (see link) of the lips to help the apperance. you may want a surgery or tos tart fillers. Best, Dr. Emer.
