A chin augmentation would be needed to correct your abnormality. This would be done with an internal approach so there would not be a visible scar.

When you chin is too far back it can change how your lips meet. If your lower lip is much smaller than your upper consider a chin implant, sliding genioplasty, or getting chin filler. Lip augmentation may also be necessary. Most of these can be done right in the office in a quick visit.

In order to have the profile that you want non-surgically, I would recommend lip and chin augmentation with dermal fillers, like Juvderm or Voluma. This will give you a more balanced appearance. There are a number of reasons as to why your upper lip is protruding past the lower lip. Some conditions may require surgery and others none surgical approaches for corrective situation.
