Ultherapy. 1st treatment worked but I need a second one. Should I do it before or after liposculpture?

Hi there! I am new here and I have a doubt about this. Next month I am going to have legs liposculpture (1,64 cm 51 kg) because although I eat healthy, and I do exercise 3 times a week, my skin is still sagging after an ultherapy treatment. I did it in September and It worked really well but I need a second treatment, so my question is: Should I do it before or after the liposculpture? Thanks in advance :)

I usually suggest my patients to undergo the ultherapy after the liposcution, as you can see how much excess skin is remaining after the initial procedure and you may also get some tightening from the lipo procedure. We do a lot of liposuction in the neck so for those patients who may have some excess skin looseness after, we usually suggest undergoing Ultherapy.

I would suggest doing your second ultherapy after the liposculpture.  Either way would be fine really, but it would give you a chance to assess if you still need the second procedure if you wait until after the lipo procedure.  We often combine lipo with exilis ultra for more shaping and tightening as well.
