Thank you for your question.  I'd strongly recommend saving until you can afford surgery with a well respected and experienced rhinoplasty surgeon.  Trying to find a "deal" or discount is not the way you want to choose a surgeon who is going to operate on your face.  I routinely do revision surgery on patients who are regretful of their initial decision to choose their surgeon because of price.  Revision surgery is always more complicated (and expensive) than primary surgery, so its better to get it right the first time around.  I'd encourage you to go on consults with a few experts in your area (or elsewhere), determine the price and make financial plans to save up enough to have someone skilled do your surgery.  All the best!
