Why is my nose bruising on the tip, turning to the left and forming a bulbous appearance? (photos)

Hi...my nose was broken a few times because of domestic violence in my 20's. In the last 2 years i noticed a bulbous like appearance and 2 "bruise like" patches formed on the tip. One patch is on the top left hand side of the left nostril and the other one is right in the middle paet between the 2 nostrils. When I touch the tip of my nose I feel something sharp...like bone spit in half. The left side of bridge is caving in too I have very bad headaches and hard to breathe. Should I see a doctor.

You have a deviated nose that extends to the basal view, which extends to the columella and nostrils. The difficulty breathing is likely due to the trauma to the nose.  While the headaches can be due to this, it is also a strong possibility that your headaches are due to head trauma, and you should see a physician to work this up.
An "open rhinoplasty" is your best bet, as the columella deviation, even after the structural change to your nose, will need to be moved back into the midline to make the nostrils more symmetrical.
