Hit nose tip after 8 days post rhinoplasty - Should I be concerned?

Based upon what you described as trauma. it is unlikely that you caused a problem. If concerned, then see your surgeon.

Even the most careful patient can accidentally bump their nose while recovering from rhinoplasty. The nose is swollen and stiff, so even touching the nose can feel more intense than before surgery. And your brain is hardwired to protect your face whether you have had surgery or not. Reasons to see your doctor as son as possible: pain that continues or worsens, bleeding, change in shape or noticeable deviation of the tip. Otherwise, write down the details or take a picture, before you forget, and share with your surgeon at your follow-up appointment. They can examine your nose and follow you carefully while you continue to recover. Very rarely would a patient go back to the operating room due to a slight bump. If there any questions or concerns, see your surgeon to be on the safe side.
