Hello! I am 26, I have never had children, breasts have been saggy since they developed and extremely asymmetrical, I was morbidly obese and lost 8 stone (planning on reaching 10 stone loss to get to a healthy weight for surgery) which have made my breast even saggier. I basically want to know what type of breast job i would need, I obviously have a large amount of breast tissue and want to know if it’s possible to make these nice! Please help, thank you!

Answer: Do I need a breast lift? Be aware that future weight change and/or pregnancy could change your breasts or any surgical results. Your breasts could be enhanced with a breast lift. Implants will only increase the size of your breasts, if interested. If you choose to have your breasts lifted, ask your surgeon if the IDEAL breast lift approach will be used. My patients tell me they are very satisfied with their results from this technique.Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and AuthorRealSelf Distinguished Hall of Fame Inductee

Answer: 26, never had children, weight loss. Is it possible to make my breasts nice? Thank you for the question and images. Congratulations on the significant amount of weight loss that is a real achievement. In my practice I would offer you to main types of reconstruction. An augmentation mastopexy with implants or a auto-augmentation and mastopexy. The latter utilises the excess skin and subcutaneous fat from your back to augment and add volume to the breast. This can avoid the need for an implant to create upper pole fullness. It obviously needs to be discussed in detail as it involves longer surgery and scars on the back. The majority of women in your situation will opt for a mastopexy and augmentation with silicon implants. There is hope! Please see an experiences Plastic Surgeon. Good luck.RegardsDr Guy Watts

Answer: A Lift (With or Without Implants) Based on your photo, it appears that you would benefit from a breast lift surgery possibly with or without implants depending on what you want. A physical examination provides the best insight so it would be best to consult a board certified plastic surgeon with specialization in breast aesthetics in person. Hope this helps,Ali Rıza Öreroğlu, MD FEBOPRASEuropean and Turkish Board Certified Aesthetic, Plastic and Reconstructive SurgeonIstanbul, Turkey
