I am 3 weeks post op. I know it’s early in the healing process, but I think my PS made my inframamary fold incision too high. I think that the distance between the lower pole of my nipple and the fold is too short. I did not have saggy nipples before and now I feel the fullness of my implant is making my boobs look this way since it doesn’t have much space to fall into. Pre-op: 34A 130lbs, 5’5, 24yo no children 425cc, moderate plus, smooth, silicone, under the muscle, infammamary incisions.

Answer: Low nipples after BBA Congratulations in your recent procedure! While your implants are still sitting higher up on your chest wall, as you already know, you are pretty early in the healing process. As you continue to heal you will find that you implants will begin to settle, or drop and fluff, into a more natural resting position. Give yourself about 3-6 months worth of healing. Good luck and congratulations again!

Answer: Breast augmentation Hello and thank you for the question and sharing your photos. Your implants are still sitting high on your chest wall, which is common early after breast augmentation. As they drop over the next several weeks, the lower poles stretch and the nipples will rotate upward. You should be more patient and continue to follow up with your surgeon. Breast binders can often be helpful in facilitating this process. Speak with your surgeon to see if it is something he recommends.
