Can my double bubble be fixed? Around how much does it procedure run for? (Photos)

Question

I recently got my breast done in April. I'm very excited about them, but they aren't "perfect". I noticed a week after my procedure I was getting double bubble. I'm now noticing my right side has moved closer to the middle and the double bubble is more prominent. I'm 115 pounds and I received 470 cc on both sides. I have breastfeed before, causing sagging. I do want to mention I loved my chest right after my surgery. Unfortunately right now I'm not very happy with my results.

hi.  Sorry this happened.  Unfortunately, you will need surgery to fix it.  The implant pockets need to be revised and maybe even the implants themselves to better fit your breast dimensions.  The first place to start would be to address your concerns with your PS, but it's also ok to get a second opinion.  Best of luck!

In order to get the problem of double bubble fixed it will be important to figure out why it occurred. Here are a few things to consider:If the implant diameter is larger than the base diameter of the breasts, then the implant will have to go somewhere and in your case this is below the original bottom edge of the breast and also toward the middle (symmastia.) You may need smaller diameter implants.If your implants are under muscle with the dual plane, see if there is pulling up along the crease when you contract your pectoral muscle. If so, that is called animation deformity and would be helped by converting to the split muscle plane. That condition cannot be helped by capsule repair alone.It is possible that you may need a lift.

did you have a subglandular augmentation? It does appear that your implants are too low and too close together. You are going to need another surgery to correct this malposition. The least expensive solution would be to return to your PS for revision. Outside of that the average price in Dallas is going to be 5-7k. If above the muscle you might consider going under during the revision. To raise the implants, suture techniques can be used but extra support with Galaflex mesh or similar products give more reliable results. Best of luck!

Your implants do look to have pocket problems including moving down (bottoming out) and too close to the midline (unibreast or symmastia). These issues can be repaired but do require more surgery.
