My last post did not fully upload. Reattempt. Complaints: Right side, excess skin and fat pockets hanging off of implant creating a dent in breast which looks like uneven fat and skin protruding off 12-5 o'clock position. This gives my breast an odd and unattractive/ unnatural shape. Left breast, excess skin hanging off lower portion of implant which also creates odd shape and appearance of hanging breast tissue. Can minimal work repair this? And what exactly are my options?
Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method 600 cc implants weigh over 1 lb each, ae quite heavy and will continue to descend. Your breasts are already low on the chest wall and are much too large. I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Relift or trimming the skin? Thank you for your inquiry! Another option would be to add a small amount of fat in the area of the dent to even it out. We would love to meet with you to discuss your concerns. Schedule a consultation with a Board-Certified Plastic to discuss your goals.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear winningwithgoobear, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Relift or trimming of skin? Your photos suggest that you should be able to attain your goals with a minor revision. Confirmation of this would require a physical examination. I would recommend that you begin by discussing your concerns and options with your surgeon.

Answer: Breasts Probably this can be fairly easily revised just be removing some excess lower skin. However, an examination is needed to be certain. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
