I am wondering if I need just a lift, or a lift with implants, or just implants? I definitely want to fill the breasts out better in the top but I don't want to be too much bigger. I wouldn't mind them being perkier either. I am already a 38 band width and somewhere between a C and D cup. I am 29 and have no children. I am just nervous about the lift scarring and shape as sometimes the lifts make the shape look strange. I am 5 foot 8, and about 180 pounds.

The 700 cc implant is very large and heavy and usually much too large for most women, especially someone who is 5'4". The larger the implant, the more it thins and stretches your own tissue, and the higher risk of skin necrosis. Get a size that fits your frame and tissue so you can be happy for...
Actually, one implant is sitting somewhat high and the other is sitting somewhat low. You may now have a capsule and need surgical release. However, you can try oral Accolate and external ultrasound treatments first to see if the higher side will drop.
I doubt your partner has any complaints. However, your implants are too large for your breast base and frame and your own tissue sags away from the implant when you bend over. There is no place for the implant to go. If you go smaller, your breasts will be more natural looking and acting.
