What can I do to correct the appearance of my breasts when I am bent over? (photos)

I doubt your partner has any complaints. However, your implants are too large for your breast base and frame and your own tissue sags away from the implant when you bend over. There is no place for the implant to go. If you go smaller, your breasts will be more natural looking and acting.

Your breast look 100% normal and I don’t think you should be concerned. It looks like whoever did your procedure did an excellent job. I don’t see a problem or need for intervention.
