You do need a breast lift along with augmentation. The donut lift should really be called the 'Do Not' lift - it provides little lift, usually results in enlarged areolas and often produces ugly scars. The donut lift should be done as rarely as possible. I nearly always do a vertical, or lollipop breast lift. The anchor lift should only be done in very droopy breasts; in my very busy breast practice I do only a couple of anchor lifts a year. I recommend smooth, round, cohesive silicone gel implants under the muscle. It is important to keep in mind that the larger the implant, the faster your lift will come down. You need to be sensible in choosing your implant size. The combined lift and augmentation is a challenging operation. I advise you to see a very experienced plastic surgeon with expertise in aesthetic breast procedures. All the best.

The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

In your case vertical brow lift with a lollipop scar is better solution. You will not get desired shape and projection with donut lift. Good luck.
