This is not an issue in my opinion. I practice near a military base and I have had many patients who are in the military and they have not had any issues. I suspect this is not going to be an issue for you either. Good luck and have fun with your new body.
After a complete recovery breast implants will not interfere with the life style or profession.
Hi...we've had a number of police officers who have had breast augmentation with us. They've had no issues returning to active duty, and being able to do all the required physical duties. Best of luck,
Thank you for your question. You can absolutely get breast implants and not have them hinder your job. i routinely perform breast augmentation in women who are very active in their professions as well as avid exercise enthusiasts. The implants can be placed above or below the muscle, depending on the volume of the natural breasts. Silicone and saline are both excellent options as well.
There is no reason why a reasonably sized breast implants would interfere with your ability to perform functions of a police officer. That's unless you find a surgeon who gives you excessively disproportionate, large implants. The surgery itself is safe and common, your recovery should allow you to be physically active a few weeks after surgery. Sincerely, Martin Jugenburg, MD
I have done breast augmentation procedures on people with physically demanding occupations and they have not had any problems related to the breast implants.
Hello Jasmine, Breast augmentation will not interfere with any type of police duty. I have had many women in blue as patients over the years, acting in capacity as plain clothes police, undercover agents, shooting instructors, and of course, desk positions. All have been completely satisfied and not had interference with their duties. Wearing bulletproof vests has remained as comfortable as before surgery. I suggest a two to four week recovery period after surgery, depending on your duties, before returning back to full activity level. Best of luck!
It is highly unlikely that having breast implants will interfere with your work. Of course, you will have a recovery period where you will temporarily have a limitations, but this is days to weeks and not long-term. Also, as long as you are having implants within a "normal" size range, you should be fine. If you are having extraordinarily large implants placed, then of course you will have limitations due to size and weight... Good Luck.
You can definitely work as a policewoman. There will be issues of the Kevlar vest and the size of the implants, but that would be about it.
I've had many police officers, military personnel, personal trainers and gym owners have breast implants placed. They do just as well as other patients do. I would recommend choosing the smallest implant that meets your goals, and talk to your surgeon about implant placement (over or under the muscle). I still prefer placement under the muscle, but you may be a good candidate for placement in either position.
I think it would be a very good idea to see a Plastic Surgeon to see if anything happened your breast implant. The impact could have harmed your implant but the only person that would be ble to determine that would be a doctor. It is best to see someone sooner rather than later to make sure ...
This is a very simple question to answer. If you are happy with your breast size, you do not need breast implants. Breast implants increase your breast size and over time, increase sagging; they do not lift. So while I use small implants occassionally and and the patients look great...
Hello. Thank you for your inquiry and congratulations on your surgery! It is important to have an in-person medical assessment regarding this issue as it is difficult to determine virtually. Continue to update your doctor in the matter and follow their post-op protocol. Please ensure to get...
