I'm 4'10, around 105-110? lbs, about 5 months post op. I got 295cc in my left breast and 275cc in my right, saline. I believe they are moderate profile. I asked for a natural look but I feel like there is too much weight on the bottom. I know these don't necessarily look bad but I'm wondering if maybe the implants are too big for my frame and/or maybe I should have gotten a higher profile.
Answer: Beast implants Thank you for your question and photos! You could change the profile and size of the implant to have breasts that sit higher up on your chest wall. It is always best to see a board certified plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns. Best of luck!

Answer: Shape From the submitted photos it appears you would benefit from further tightening of the bottom pole of the breast. This should improve the shape and give you more upper pole fullness. Sometimes mesh is encouraged to give support to the tissues. I've included a video on bioabsorbable mesh that I hope you find helpful.

Answer: A little bottomed out Yes, your implants are a little bottomed out and could use repositioning, and you likely need more skin removed from the lower part of your breast (if you had just a vertical lift, turning that into a full anchor pattern lift). Implants being too big for your frame or changing profile would depend on your measurements relative to your size goals and the measurements of your current implants, and would best be decided in a consultation. Likely you don't need to increase profile unless you'd like to be larger.

Answer: Too Much Weight on Bottom I would recommend an inferior mastopexy to shorten the nipple to fold distance. It is quite common for the mastopexy to be "stretched out" creating the look that the implants have bottomed out (because they have). The distance from the nipple to the breast fold is too long, creating the appearance that the bottom of the breast is way too large compared to the upper pole. I would highly recommend finding a highly trained aesthetic plastic surgeon (preferably 6 years of dedicated plastic surgery residency and 1 year of aesthetic fellowship). Best of luck!

Answer: Implants Your implants are too large and heavy for your tissue and have sagged down. The inferior fold can be tightened and excess skin can be removed. You may also need an internal bra with mesh to support the weight.

Answer: High profile vs moderate Hello, thank you for your question. High profile will give a bit more fullness on top however seems like you have a lot of your own natural breast tissue and that is what is sitting on the bottom there. You are still early in your recovery, I suggest you wear a supportive bra and in another 5 months if you are unhappy with the results go and speak to your plastic surgeon to see what options you have. The issue with the natural breast tissue is that even when lifted over time and with the pull downwards of gravity your breast tissue will fill out the bottom of your breasts.
