Will implants be enough? Wanting a very natural feel and a bit more of a perky look (Photo)

Congratulations on the weight loss! If your goal is to look like the last two photos, I would suggest considering a breast augmentation with a lift. Your breasts will not appear like the last photos with implants alone. With the bit of drooping you have currently, some sort of lift along with the implant is the best bet to get close to the wish pictures.

From the photos provided, it does appear that you would benefit from a lift or Mastopexy first. We need to get you breast architecture into appropriate position prior to placing implants. You have a decent amount of natural breast tissue. You may be satisfied with the 'perkiness' that a lift provides. If you decide that you want more volume after you are healed, an implant can be easily placed giving you more projection and upper pole fullness.

The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  It appears that you would most benefit from implant placement and a lift.  The implant will help restore lost breast tissue after pregnancy and weight loss, while the lift will remove excess skin and allow for resizing and repositioning of your nipple into a higher, more youthful, position.  Hope this helps

Just based on your photos, you will need a lift for perky breasts. However, if you choose to have children, you may need the lift to be redone. You could consider just getting implants and doing the lift once you have all your children.

You should really consider a breast lift with your augmentation. Your breast tissue is too low. You’ll end up with beautiful breasts that are way too low.
