Do a lot of heavy lifting. Very active job. Lost 100 pounds. Wondering if just implants would be enough alone and will look proportionate on my body. Wanting a very natural feel and a bit more of a perky look. I'm looking for something like the last 2 photos. Maybe a big bigger if that would be better. Please help. I'm 24 and feel so disgusted with my breasts.

Answer: Breasts after weightloss From the photos provided, it does appear that you would benefit from a lift or Mastopexy first. We need to get you breast architecture into appropriate position prior to placing implants. You have a decent amount of natural breast tissue. You may be satisfied with the 'perkiness' that a lift provides. If you decide that you want more volume after you are healed, an implant can be easily placed giving you more projection and upper pole fullness.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is a lift using The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
