I am looking at doing a surgery to remove a benign desmoid tumor in the upper right abdominal area in the next few months. I was also considering getting transaxillary breast implants done sometime this year and was wondering if the implant surgeon would be comfortable removing the desmoid mass in my abdominal area at the same time. My thinking is that this would save on medical costs by doing one procedure versus two, plus only one recovery period instead of two. I am healthy and in my mid 30s.

Answer: Can breast implants and have a benign Desmoid Tumor removed within the same surgery procedure?
You need to be a bit more specific about what you do not like. Your breasts naturally do sit somewhat low on your chest and the bases cannot be raised.
You would do well with implants placed behind the muscle for better upper chest fullness and avoiding seeing the implant edge. Remember, the implant goes behind the breast and if the breast sits somewhat low on the chest, so will the implant.
