4 years after silicone 400cc implants and pain. What could this be? (Photo)

Hey, I have had my silicone 400cc implants for 4 years now. My right is a little bottomed out as I can feel it when i touch the underneath but it was like that from the start. Week ago I tenderly massaged them. There was no pain etc. But now days later my breast feels weird. I can feel the bottom half more and in the night, it gets like.. nerve pain. Then i go to mirror and check - is my breast swollen or something but nothing. All is the same - soft and all in position. What this could be?

Removal of a benign desmoid tumor will most commonly be done by a general surgeon. Obviously breast implants should be done by a plastic surgeon. You might be able to find surgeons who work together frequently who might be able to help you.
