4 years after silicone 400cc implants and pain. What could this be? (Photo)

Question

Hey, I have had my silicone 400cc implants for 4 years now. My right is a little bottomed out as I can feel it when i touch the underneath but it was like that from the start. Week ago I tenderly massaged them. There was no pain etc. But now days later my breast feels weird. I can feel the bottom half more and in the night, it gets like.. nerve pain. Then i go to mirror and check - is my breast swollen or something but nothing. All is the same - soft and all in position. What this could be?

Good afternoon,
Bottoming out can evolve into a heavy hanging feeling and then into real pain. I suspect yours has just progressed some. It's really not that severe but if it bothers you enough to fix then I repair it using the Original Internal bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique. I first developed this over 20 years ago, and today it is the most common revision I perform, 5-6 times a week- it works and it lasts!

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Your implants are heavy and big for your frame and tissue and are sagging. Do wear a good supporting bra, and consider going smaller.
