I originally have 550 implants filled to 700cc. I am looking to go ALOT smaller to fit my body.I do not want to be top heavy. I deflated my implants to hopefully get a better idea of the size I want but it didn't really help.I can't decide on how many CC's I should get. I'm getting moderate profile, under the muscle with a lift. The sizers I have on here are 470 CC but I think too big still. I'm stuck between 410 and 440. I'm 5'7 145 lbs with a small butt and legs. Please give your opinion !
Answer: Downsizing implants First, you are on the right track with choosing moderate profile implants. The size should be related to the base diameter of your breasts. Secondly, deflating the saline implants was a good idea but even the deflated implant occupy some volume. Also, sizers in a bra are stacked on top of the breasts, which makes the sizers look larger than they will be as implants. If a 410 moderate profile implant fits your measured base diameter then you should be fine.

Answer: Bellesoma Method Your breasts are extremely low on the chest wall and you will need a lift. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Downsizing Sizers are the way to go in determining your volumetric requirements to achieve your goal proportions. I think that a lift is necessary. It looks like Dr. Kim is your chosen surgeon, so you should listen to him.

Answer: Implants I agree you need a lift. 410 or 440 cc. Either is fine. It's less than a ten percent difference. If you get saline don't get them overfilled so much. It makes them too firm

Answer: Implant size Dear Evelasq9, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.
