1 year post-op, thick scarring, low nipples, asymmetry. Do I need a revision? (photos)

I am now 1 year post op and I am considering a revision. The scarring in areas is very thick, I feel that my nipples have been placed too low and they appear very unsymmetrical (I understand they are sisters nor twins, but it is very obvious). The surgeon has responded that the scaring in some areas is more visible (thick) due to my genetics. If my nipples were higher, they would peek up over my bra and it is normal for them to drop after surgery. I am 40 and are having no more children.
