I am 2 years post opp from having a breast lift with implants and I am not satisfied with my nipple position I feel one is more centered than the other and they are too high, can this issue be fixed?
Answer: Revision Yes, your breasts could be tightened with the inferior incision and reposition the implants if needed. However, if you chose large heavy implants, they may resag because of the weight.

Answer: Internal bra for breast and implant support Your pictures show bottoming out, with the implants too low causing expansion of the lower half of the breast. Support with an internal bra using Galaflex can help in this situation. Once that is done, nipple position can be adjusted but it doesn't need much.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Jmommy94, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: Asymmetric Nipple position Asymmetric nipple positions can be fixed by lifting the lower nipple upwards. This may affect the blood supply of that nipple . IT is often not worth the risk to raise something a few millimeters. I would highly suggest thinking about this some more and whether you feel that , at worst , you could lose your nipple entirely for 2-4 mm.

Answer: Nipple location post lift A bilateral revision mastopexy (breast lift) should give you more upper pole fullness and lower the nipple/areola position on your breasts. Adjusting the incisions should also make the nipple height and position more symmetrical Dr. Taranow
