can you convert from total submusclar breast implant to partial submusclar In local with sedation? And I might also want lipo filling also with revision not too sure but can it be local+sedation… and will I see a difference in shape in a good way when I convert from total submusclar to partial ( duel plan )? Thankyou!!

The easiest solution is to excise some of the excess with an outside incision, but this will leave a visible scar. However, the scar should fall along the edge of the breast.
Why would you want to do that to your own breasts? Your tissue will be so stretched and thinned by such mammoth implants that it will not look normal, they will big too heavy for your neck and shoulders, and they will sag or bottom out or both fairly quickly. Please don't ruin your breasts!!!
