I am 10 months post breast lift and breast fat transfer and I am noticing that inside one of my Areola right around my nipple is puffy and some days are worse then others. Sometimes I feel slight sensitivity but otherwise not much discomfort. I am wondering what this would be from and if I should be concerned?

I would suggest doing the lift first. I think you have plenty of volume and would do well with a lift. Adding implant adds weight to you now stretched out tissue and tends to stretch and sag with time.
