Do I need another breast lift, scar revision, or areola reduction? (photo)

If your nipples are located below your breast fold, a secondary breast lift can be performed. If not, areola reduction can be performed alone to improve the scars and create a more proportionately balanced shape.

Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. I would revise your areola scars to reduce your areolas and improve your scarring, but you also have a very boxy look to your breasts which I would treat by also revising the vertical limb of your previous lift.

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. The areolae can be made smaller at the same time as the scars are revised. Later, micro-needling can be done to your scars if they become thick again.
