Petite Asian, no kids, 10A/AA - would 160cc-255cc help me achieve my goal?

I recommend that you have a 3-d simulation to assess different sizes on your frame. This will allow you to see how each size looks on your body. I believe that the size will give you what you are looking for.

Thank you for your question. It is hard to answer your question without any photos or in person exam. However, a good rule pf thumb is with every 100cc your cup size increases by one size. I would schedule an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation. Best of luck!

The best indication of the look you are wanting to achieve is from proper breast sizing in a bra and T shirt. Don't fret so much about the cup size and rather the look you are trying to achieve. As a rough guide 150 CC is a cup size. So my advice would be to go the 250 cc which is essentially the smallest implant I use for an augmentation.

breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

Achieving your breast augmentation dream is certainly possible. The lower end of that volume choice, 160cc, might now get you to a full B. Trust your consult, as your plastic surgeon has seen and evaluated your skin and tissue characteristics and has a better understanding of what fits your particular needs than we do. Good luck!

Teardrop implants have a 40 percent chance of re operation and are usually a terrible idea for a primary breast augmentation. Your surgeon should be able to get a very nice and natural result with a round cohesive, gummy implant under the muscle and a dual plane approach.

Implant selection is always best done in person, but based on the information given the implants you are considering should give you a nice result. Many surgeons have sample implants available that you can "try on" to get an idea of how you may look after surgery.

Photos would help in determining which implant would get you the size desired. I do transaxillary (armpit approach) for all thin patients using silicone round smooth implants. If I had to guess. the larger 250cc+ implants would be a better choice.
