33year old, 5’4” no children but plan on becoming pregnant at some point in the future (not sure when). My natural cup size is a 32D. I am seeking an augmentation without lift. My goal isn’t necessarily to gain size but fill in my upper part of breast for volume and a natural result. My surgeon suggested a 325 and 350cc smooth silicone. I am worried this is too big, I have tried to find research and photos on naturally bigger boobs with implants but can’t find much.
Answer: Size The gain in cup size is about 150 cc's, so you should be gaining about 2 cups sizes. However, you do not appear to be a complete D since your upper breast is less full. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and actually trying on both sizes so you can see.

Answer: Breast Implant Sizing Thank you for your question. When it comes to breast augmentation, oftentimes your surgeon will allow you to "try on" different implant sizes prior to your procedure. They will have you place the implant within a bra, and then try on a tight fitting shirt to mimic the appearance of your breasts post-operatively. I recommend speaking with your plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns and for evaluation.

Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Depends on nipple location A side photo would help determine your nipple location in relation to your breast fold. Augmentation alone may be sufficient to give you more fullness, however if your nipples are located below your breast fold, a lift may be necessary.

Answer: Selecting implant size Breast implant selection is best done in person. This gives the surgeon the opportunity to measure your breasts as well as discuss your surgical goals. The two implant sizes you mentioned are conservative to moderate size. It will give you more volume, but the various projections available can impact the final look. You may want to return to your surgeon's office to discuss your options further. Many have sample implants you can "try on" to give you an idea of how you may appear after surgery.

Answer: Implants on Naturally Larger Breasts Thank you for your question about breast implants. Selecting the most appropriate breast implant size for breast augmentation is a personal decision that ultimately you have to make. An in-person consultation with implant sizing is best. It depends on your height, weight and breast base width diameter. To know what might be right for you, see two or more experienced, board-certified Plastic Surgeons for a complete evaluation to make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have breast implant surgery. I hope this helps.
